Can you move my data from Jobber, JobNimbus or spreadsheets?
Yes, and we do it for you. Send us an export or a spreadsheet and we bring in your contacts, jobs and history before you start. It’s included on every plan.
How long does setup take?
Most companies are up and running within a week. Your CRM is shaped to your trade on the demo call, and onboarding takes about 15 minutes of your time.
Is there a contract?
No. SMPL is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Pay yearly if you’d like 2 months free.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Your team installs your company’s own app on iPhone or Android, with your logo. Everything works in the field: photos, notes, schedules and sign-offs.
What does Jackie cost after the free period?
Jackie is free for your first 3 months on every plan. After that, you can keep her on a plan sized to your website traffic or switch her off. You’ll never be charged without knowing.
Which trades does SMPL work for?
Roofing, fencing, decking, painting, HVAC, window cleaning, siding and gutters, landscaping and general contracting, with more added often. If you run jobs for homeowners or businesses, it fits.
What’s a template?
A head start for your trade: pipeline stages, job tabs (like Bin Order for roofers or Permit for fence builders) and menus named the way your trade talks. You can change all of it.
How does the AI agent change my CRM?
You ask in plain English, like “add a Permit tab to fence jobs”. Your agent shows you exactly what will change, and nothing goes live until you approve it. You can undo any change.
What happens when my team grows or shrinks?
Your price follows your team size. Add or remove people anytime, and your next bill adjusts. We only earn more when you grow.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract and no cancellation fee. If you leave, we’ll give you an export of your data.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted, backed up every day and kept separate from every other company. Only the people you invite can see it, and you control what each role sees.

Does it connect to QuickBooks, Google, CompanyCam or EagleView?
Yes. QuickBooks, Google Calendar and Gmail, Stripe, Facebook Lead Ads, EagleView and GAF QuickMeasure are built in. CompanyCam, Hover and suppliers like ABC Supply we connect for you. Zapier covers almost everything else.
